I am not sure how to reply. I would be nice if someone received the appointment that clearly desired to uphold their mission statement. I don't have it in front of me right now but it talks about ensuring a outdoor legacy for Iowans.

If its really that bad, why does he have to go to work for the FWS? There are enough existing internal problems to last a lifetime.
