I am writing this post just to give some credit to the company that surprised me this week.
I had an issue where someone sabotaged one of my covert trail cameras. I contacted Covert to explain my situation and see if they could sell me some service replacement parts. Their intial response was to send the camera in for service. I explained to them that I did not want to spend any more than I had to to repair this camera and they replied that the service would be free except for the shipping charges to send the camera to them. I was very surprised that they had offered to do this as this issue was through no fault of Covert.
I sent the camera in a week ago.
Today I received a new camera in the mail which is a more recent version of the camera that was damaged.
I am more than impressed with the service that Covert has provided.
