SF 39 and 40 Disabled Veterans

SF 39 allows a veteran to apply for a lifetime hunting and or fishing license if they are 0-100% disabled.

SF 40 allows a veteran who is 100% disabled to hunt or fish without acquiring a license. They will need to carry proof of identity and documentation of their % of disability.

Both bills referred to the Veterans Affairs Committee.
