The bill was introduced into the House yesterday and assigned to the Ways and Means Committee.
The committee chair has not assigned a sub committee YET. Speculation is the legislature will be is session for about two more weeks. They are negotiating on competing spending/budget bills. The interesting thing is their per diem pay ended last Friday 4/30. That loss of money usually kicks 'em into high gear and that is when "stuff" like this bill gets slipped in to the debate in the wee hours.
