Weather Forecast for the week and Shotgun Weekend, Mild, and Dry. Same weather pattern persists, as we also had most of 2013 winter. Dry-interspersed with Artic Air plunges. Widespread precip confined to the NW Coast and especially the South and up the East Coast. Ridge West-Trough East. Good for winter driving.in Iowa.
