Had old brome field that we turned into CP 25 mix. Mowed and sprayed with gly last fall. No till drill in first week of December. Should I spray with simazine for pre emergent?

Can you post up your seed mix for the CP-25? I am guessing it has some forbes in it. If so, you will want to stay away from Simazine.

simazine is a forb & legume killer. No go.
seed list is crucial.
only spray without seeing seed list is a very early spraying of Gly (and ammonium sulfate) to kill cool season grasses if u have those coming back. I would say most general seed lists fit into this category.
the only residual or pre-emergent that may be applicable depending on what u have planted: imazapic. Which is same as plateau or panoramic.
