which way to face

So will a buck still approach a buck decoy head on if the head is going to be facing the wind??

Buck, Face him to your set up, up wind if at all possible....

In my experience he will always face the decoy. After they walk around it, they might get downwind but by then it's too late, they should already be shot. I haven't had any wind the decoy either, i spray the decoy down really good with Ghost spray and set it up so I get a quartering away shot or broadside. They seem to focus so hard on the decoy they don't really notice anything else. Hope this helps. The decoy you will be using is tested and proven. LOL!!

ahahaha I am so jacked I will be sitting east of decoy.. decoy facing northeast. wind from norwest.

ive ALWAYS had bucks come in from behind the decoy at its butt. but ive always had it facing into the wind upwind of my set up. that works great for me!!!
