when the pressure is on, ( this just goes to show ya) big buckswill make their santuaries in small plots because some hunters will over look them. one of my kills was from a small drainage ditch 5 yrds wide , thick grass, that lead to a big timber. i set up on the end of the ditch leading to the hardwoods and collected a nice 12 pointer. he had made that ditch his home til rut, somtimes we over look the LITTLE things.
