Help with age of deer

Was wondering if anyone could help with the age of this deer? I'm hoping to keep him around so I can see what he looks like next year, but a buddy thought he was pretty old and wasn't going to grow much.

I'm gonna side with your friend. Looks like an old dude to me. Body isn't real big but a young deer shouldn't be showing hip bones and be sunken in like that. Long snout as well indicates age.
 
Way to saggy and lumpy to be a young buck. Hes probably 7.5+ and potentially around 9-10 since he isn't a really heavy deer....
 
Thanks for the feedback everyone! Looks like he will be added to the hit list then. I just thought he has an awesome rack(not, huge, but that's fine with me), and hopefully he passed it on to some younger bucks!
