Opinions on safes

So I am looking at getting another safe in the next month or so. Where around the Des Moines area is a good place to get a good one at a decent price. I would like one with 40-50 capacity and a good fire rating.

I got a great deal last Christmas from tractor supply. They carry cannon safes. I have been pleased with it, the biggest thing was it fit my budget.
