How much rain did everyone get last night in Southern Iowa? We needed that bad.

Oh what beautiful weather!!! 1/2"in SE Iowa so far but another 1/2" expected throughout the day. My turnips planted over a month ago have come up but are only a few inches tall. This should let them take off. Thank God it did no till.

1.02" in my IL gauge here. Brassica plots were on life support or dead. Hope to see something positive. Heartbreaker was that I didn't have the good rain in the forecast so didn't spread the rye grain down in advance.

OMG! its raining a little in Eastern Iowa for the second day in a row. I'm so excited I might pee myself.
