This is something different and its to DIE for! You can cut up the turkey breast however you want, but big pieces take longer to cook and don't soak up as much marinade...

Baked Thai-style Turkey breast

4 Tbls. Honey
1 Tbls. Chili Sauce
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. fresh Ginger, minced
1 Tbls. Lemon zest, minced
2 Tbls. Lime zest, minced
3-4 Tbls. Lime juice
1 Tbls. Soy sauce
1 tsp. ground Cumin
1 tsp. ground Coriander
¼ tsp. ground Cinnamon

In a small saucepan mix together all ingredients. Heat gently until simmering, then remove from heat and cool. Pour mixture over turkey breast and marinate 4 hours or overnight. Bake at 375 until done, brushing several times with remaining marinade.
