Thanks for covering for me until I got professional help. It's hard for us 'old bucks' to learn new tricks like all this computer stuff.
Yesterday I took some of the fillets, seasoned them then let them sit in olive oil for a few hours. Then I threw them on the grill and watched them close so they didn't get over cooked. They were excellent. Even young doe was impressed. Now if I could just find some morels for a side dish!
