Harvested my first bow buck on November 8th. I've been limited to hunting days this year, as this was my fourth time out. After sitting the morning and seeing a couple nice bucks chasing along a fence row about 100 yds. to the south of where I was, I grabbed a stand from a spot I rarely sit, and hung it arounf 11:00. After lunch, I got into the stand around 3:00, and he walked by at 3:40. He stopped behind a scrubby bush, offering no shot. He then stepped out at 8 yds, and I shot. He ran about 50 yds into the pasture, wobbled, and fell over. I watched him for about 40 minutes, and went and got him. 10 points, decent mass, and a huge body.
