I wonder how a Tresspasser would act if you caught him and use the Castle Doctrine Law on him/them?? LOL You are being threatened arent you by someone tresspassing on your land and you dont know if they are there to harm you or not?? Just a thought for those tresspassers out there?? I am thinking the states with this law should upgrade this law to a persons Property (PERIOD) that might make these fools think a little.
