Earlier this year I was looking through old turkey pictures and noticed a common occurance with our farm....when we were able to disc our food plots EARLY, we harvested almost double the birds. With that in mind this year, and the advantage to great early spring weather we did the work and waited for the birds to show.
I hung a camera over the plot with full intentions of getting some videos of birds strutting, but it turned out to be harder than I thought, stupid things would always follow the hens around . I was lucky enough to get these three videos...And not to mention there has been 2 birds harvested off this plot already this year, and 14+ in the last 13 years....hopefully more to come this year and upcoming years :way:.

With that being said, what do you guys do to prepare for the turkey seasons on your farm? Mowing? artificial dusting areas? foot plots? ect...
Good luck to those of you that have tags left!
