Help!?!?! What should I plant?

hey guys

I have a little over 3 acres of a alfalfa/hay ground I can put into a food plot. Should I do a variety or should I do just one thing. Thought about doing all sorghum and a little bit of something else for late fall early winter.

To give you the background on the property, I have been hunting it for 8 years. It doesnt hold alot of 140+ bucks mainly because what I can hunt is only 90 acres. But during the rut I see 2-3 different mature deer cruising through daily in the bow stand. I am trying to get some of those deer to stick around a bit. Any advice would help. Thanks

The hay is big enough to cut by now, I would mow, bale, no till plant some RR soybeans, spray with round up to kill the hay. Than depending on what seasons you prefer to hunt- come late August/early september come back and put in some oats or winter rye(grain) and turnips on part of it. Just my 2cents. Have fun with whatever you decide.
