I came down with the flu yesterday. I have 7 days of vacation ( 2 hours from home) I’m going go use up 2 days next week and 5 the week after that, I hope my two young kids and wife don’t get sick or my plans will be out the window. Wish me luck.

Did you have a soar throat the first night? Then the next day it got worse and you ended up getting a really high fever and extreme shakes? Thats what I had and it was the H1n1. My brother and the guy I work with got it also.


It will hit you hard and after a day or 2 you will be good enough to hunt.

My Kids had the H1N1 this week. It lasted about 3 days for both of them. There is a lot of people getting it right now.

I have a temp. of 100.4, headache, and my body hurts.

I have the G5H4 virus. Plus a couple sticker points and I feel maybe a droptine coming on.

Zvholk it sucks now but give it 24 hours and you will be fine. Just gotta drink alota of fluids and take tylenol.

only 100 fever? you're fine. month or so ago i had a 103.3 temp for two days...

that was awesome.

Most docs don't consider it a fever until 100.5, so you're still good to go...for now. Get out while you can! :grin:

advil cold and sinus rocks, i swear by it, i lived on it one hunting season and could hunt most of the day,, just had to stay ahead of it when it started to wear off i could tell and id pop two more..try it....the capsules though and not the gel ones...
