Over the weekend we put up 5 tower blinds over some of our fall plots. We used the big game platforms that are 10' tall and stuck a ground blind on top of the platform... It was a pretty long weekend but it feels great to FINALLY be done with plots, stands, and ground blinds and now its just 32 long long days of waiting. I only have pictures from one of the blinds but I'll try to get some up of my favorite spot later this week:

The food plot is split into 2/3 maximum and 1/3 last bite.. we were a little behind our other plots due to equipment issues but it is looking good with only 1.5 weeks of growth on it
 
Wow, great photos! It looks like you put a lot of work in on your farm. That tower blind looks great, and its very concealed. Can't wait to see your photos in the harvest forum after all of your hardwork pays off!
 
That looks awesome! What keeps the wind from ripping that blind off and sending it about 2 counties over?

That's what I was wondering! If that was mine it would cause an accident about 2 counties over as it tumbled across a highway at a high rate of speed! Nice looking tower blind set ups though :way:
 
We ripped some plywood strips 4"x4' and put it over the bottom skirting of the blinds and screwed it down to the platform, then we tied all of the hubs down to the bracing on the towers. The towers are anchored to footings we put in and also have two sides cabled to an earth anchor and then used turnbuckles to cinch them down

I agree, but I am curious if that tent blind on the tower is going to withstand heavy winds. You have a very nice setup there!

Oops, should have kept reading the other posts before I replied. It sounds like you have thought it out and made preparations, I hope they are sufficient.
 
You may want to cut a pole to hold the roof up when you are not there, and remove it when hunting. Especially before the snow starts.
