Came across this the other day. Have seen these before. But, not very impressed with them till I saw this one.
Check out theiscope.com looks like a well made one and even has a app that looks like it will focus for you.
 
Probably a fun toy for folks that would like to do that, but......for cripes sakes, get somebody to endorse it that at least knows how to properly shoulder a gun! That photo of Foxworthy with the gun mounted is pathetic!!!
