The right thing would of been to ask the land owner what he thought and if he would like to press charges. No public attack just step back and let the land owner or lessee and the law handle it.

It's no more less mature than you guys getting a trail camera picture of a guy and calling him scum.

I sure hope he walks on your land (he has a complete disregard of land boundaries ovs) and just "walks".

No less immature? There are several different options, which some have been listed already, that you could have done, but you choose to be passive aggressive about it. You're young I understand, and maybe once you get a little older you can see how immature this actually is. This is something you should have taken up with the landowner, before you even addressed him.

Why not cross their names off as well as yours? If you trying to hide your identity, as I found your FB page from their names (nice shed picture on your porch). So I guess I don't understand the thought process behind that.
 
Well, as far as I am concerned... Names should have been crossed out all together... but Charger, apparenly you must know TH, seeing as you are from Red Oak, and perhaps even I know who you are...It really is no different than posting a picture of a tresspasser like the other guys do, other than the extra details he put with it. Yes, he is young and wanted to vent. I find it a little stalkerish you wanted to track him down and keep tabs on him now.. just my 2 cents... but I will resort to my previous post...

I see why he took a picture......That is one neat tunnel, culvert? whatever you call it. I would bet money that the landowner doesn't mind someone down there taking a look at it.

I'm originally from around Red Oak, but haven't lived there for the past 15 years. I don't know either of the parties or their families.

Just trying to prove a point that whiting out his name does nothing for him. It's just TH being passive aggressive, hoping someone knows the other kid, hoping he would get in trouble. I'm not sure why you think I'm keeping tabs on him. I don't post enough on this sub to care, but good lord you guys are good for some drama.

I'm just trying to get the kid in trouble or maybe his parents might see. The landowner has been notified and he's not happy with the kids. Very poorly disciplined, I'm not mad he's on there but we've had too many people around here "looking for a lost dog" "just walking" "just getting lost"

Also, what if he falls? You think he'll say "Oh, I fell let me pay for it myself" I've told almost all the landowners they're not reliable for my injuries if I fall from a stand, blind, or even just trip. He'll probably sue the landowner or leaser.

The difference between this and the trail cam photos of people is, with just about all of those the person is trying to identify the trasspasser. Here, all you are doing, is posting picture of someone you obviously know the name to belittle them. I'm not saying he isn't wrong for doing what he did but you should not have posted it, especially with the language used in the chat. Just my 2 cents. I agree with whoever said that of you brought this to me and I owned the land, neither of you would be allowed. The only thing this kid was trying to do is get under your skin, and it looks like it worked. Win for him.
