I love my Stealthcam Revolver 360 Pros. I think the Pro is worth the extra money compared to the 'regular' Revolver!

I tried 1 Stealthcam Revolver 360 this fall. While I didn't place it in an ideal location. It consistently caught pictures of bucks I wouldn't have seen sneaking through with a stationary camera. I'll be looking to pick up a few more this fall to set in more ideal locations like open fields edges. Definitely plan on utilizing a stand or metal fencepost to mount it. Comes with the attachments for a metal fence post in the package.
Only downfall would be it fills an SD card faster. Snaps 6 photos every time it's triggered with usually 4 or 5 of those being nothing at all. Pay attention to the "blanks" at times you'll catch something cruising just out of camera range.

You can change setting to only take pic in direction where movement was triggered.
A client ran 6 of them this fall. He was fairly happy with them. Best setup seemed to be middle of a foodplot

Thanks for the heads up. I bought it shortly before season and threw it out in a timber pinch point. I'll mess with the settings more once I pull cameras and begin shed hunting. Definitely agree these are best utilized in the middle of a food plot.

I have a pair of 360 revolvers, Food Plots are the best locations, or where a bunch of trails cross. I like mine. Their a little more expensive per month than the reveals. But other than that, their good.

I just checked out the Stealthcam website and did some research on the Revolver 360 Pro. There are MANY poor reviews on the cam about fogging of the lens. Frankly, I was surprised to see that Stealthcam allowS many poor reviews to exist on their website…you’d think they’d scrub them, or reply to fade some heat. Nope.
Curious if you guys on here that use them have the same moisture/fogging issues?

I think the fogging is very common on every brand camera in open areas. Dew or frost gets on the lense almost every morning. For those that hunt out of redneck or similar blinds, the windows fog or frost over almost every morning....Same with cameras.
ya I don't see how fog is a brand specific issue. Make a Lense that doesn't fog? Not possible as far as I know.
Ive heard they make a spray for that? but if its inside the camera, that cant possibly work. I know all my cameras, regardless of brand, fog when they are in the "open" areas.
Now if we really want to talk about 360s- I still have one of the Wildgame Innovation 360s- and it still WORKS. NO ONE is going to believe that haha.

Right…agree, of course all cams get fog/frost/condensation. I get it. Mine do too. Apparently many of the reviewers felt that the clear cylinder that the rotating lens is housed inside of, is somehow exacerbating the issue.
That said, I do think I’ll grab one and see what my results are. Seems like the ideal way to keep an eye on all sides of my .30 acre sized plots. If all goes well after the experiment, 6 or 8 of them would come in handy!

Yeah, Stealth makes a 360 cell - I tested 4 of them this past fall. I used an external battery pack with them...worked awesome. The camera is noisy...the camera inside definitely makes noise as it revolves around to capture the 6 different zones that make up the 360 image. I kinda think of it like having a scarecrow in your plot to reduce the browse intensity a bit... hard to hide them in a food plot anyway. For its purpose, I think they are really cool. The app is really easy to use too.

The first model did have fogging complaints, I noticed it too on really damp mornings. The new models have changed the design and appear like they'll solve this issue as much as possible. Really neat cam!

There is a new model called the Revolver 2.0. Looks like a different design. They specifically mention in some SM posts that it significantly improves the fogging issue. Here’s the thing…I looked all over the interweb including their website to go buy one. Not available. Contacted Stealthcam support. Here’s what they say, “We have no information on when that camera will be available”. If you call their customer support, you’re calling the Philippines.
