Insider alert!! Former HS guy here. This ALSO WORKED! For real!! And yes, I had one of the early prototypes to test one fall. Called in deer AND squirrels.

Well I believed and agreed with you on the butt out but lost all credibility with promoting the acorn cruncher!

Hmmm...I am not sure if I have one or not. It's possible that I do, in a box, in the garage, etc. I'll look. Mine would probably be a prototype, not the finished product. Perhaps that would make it even more collectible. Haha.

Yes to lure in deer and as Daver said squirrels lol! I never bought one but I want one to put on the shelf in the man cave. Checked ebay now and nothing is listed

Yup, my dad had that one. watched it many times, there was an old lady that hunted most of the time if I remeber right. That was about the same time they had the string that attached to your bow and then to the arrow and that was how you tracked your kill!

Now I did buy this at the IBA Fall Festival years ago and my brother and our boys gave me the dickens after buying it. I looked high and low this afternoon and couldn’t locate it. The hunt continues for it.
