Nobody makes a bad bow these days. Go shoot as many in your price range as you can and pick the one that you like most. At the end of the day, a pain free shooting session or a dead deer mean more than the name on the bow. Good luck!

Congrats! Me and a guy I work with at the farm went hunting Friday morning. We both limited out with 3 a piece and the honkers kept coming! It was hard to not shoot with 1500 flying around lol we were waiting on ducks, but couldn't quite get them to decoy. It's a blast!

We had EHD here in Northern Indiana. There were 20 deer all found dead by a pond one morning. Apparently the deer get very thirsty when they have EHD. It's a bad deal. But we got a good frost yesterday morning, so that is supposed to take care of it.

The way I see it, a fixed blade can't fail. Mechanicals fail too much. It happens to people every year. I'm glad there have been people having luck with them, but mechanicals, especially rage are either hit or miss. You couldn't pay me to use a mechanical, especially not rage. They do great for...
