Actually, the ruling to stop production was the preliminary ruling. There could still be damages to be paid by Elite. Until the actual judgement is made I wouldn't speculate whether or not they are here to stay.

Can't really see this making it through. Why would they offer land owner tags to non-residents when you can get them to pay hundreds to buy the tags. Doubt many legislators will vote to decrease the states income potential when they are constantly looking to generate money anyway they can...

Hate to admit it but I have read that same thing in a fishing mag awhile back. The noise and splashing is suppose to simulate a feeding frenzy and turn the bite back on. Haven't tried it yet myself though.
