    Old HS primetime bucks videos?

Speaking of old videos. I used to watch a few but rarely any now. One of my favorites is Mark Drury killing that double drop Skyscraper deer.

    Old HS primetime bucks videos?

I was going to post the same comment. Algorithm put me on one a few days ago. Crazy how crappy the video quality was back then compared to today!

    Real Estate Attorney recommendations

Not exactly the topic but keep in mind that this does not sound like a county gravel road. In most, if not all cases, of state paved roads the state owns the ground and has been deeded the land so the adjoining landowners do not pay taxes to center of road.

    What county?

IMO and I’m no pro but have talked to Don on several occasions. Limited pressure. Plenty of edges and several bedding areas where bucks can set up home ranges. I’m sure to some degree characteristics of less roaming personalities AND he mentioned shooting older does especially those with two...

    What county?

Doesn’t take only 160-200 acres if SURROUNDED by big ag, just ask Don Higgins. But finding THAT piece of ground is few and FAR between. A lot of luck and passing those up and comers yourself is a big part also. I know of several “big buck hunters” that blame the neighbors and talk themselves...

    Native mix ideas?

Just my opinion but if you have any mixes with Maximillian sunflower I would substitute something else. Seems to eventually take over spots and shades out diversity.

    Future of CRP

No, OBBB did not include a farm bill and did not change the cropping history years. Changes to some farm subsidies but not a full farm bill in OBBB.

    Future of CRP

Any bets that the price of the suppressors go up by around $200…

    Hopefully NOT Johnson grass.

    Custom farming

Just to get an idea of costs I would look at ISU ag decision maker machinery rental rates, custom rate survey.

    Card pull yesterday

This week and next should line up with peak breeding bell curve. A few reports of a random fawn crossing the roads last week and one a couple weeks ago. A lot of the alfalfa hay got put up last week before the rain but I’m guessing we will smack some on grass hay in the next couple weeks.

    Brush law

Yes the township I own ground in has been enforcing the brush law for awhile now. Some townships and counties push it more than others is why I asked. I have good luck with Tordon but expensive. If hedge is your species causing issues I would wait till early September and you will smoke it...

    Brush law

I would wait for regrowth and hit with remedy and duracor or remedy and Grazon next. Tordon is restricted use. What county in MO if you don’t mind me asking?

    Future of CRP

CRP does have benefits to all of us as tax payers and also requires something in return through limiting the use of the ground in the contract. In regards to the “handout” I’d say that is a bit much. To me a handout is getting something for nothing (welfare & food stamps) while CRP you have to...

    Future of CRP

You probably have some good intel but my opinion is words and actions don’t align. You can’t cut employees and degrade benefits of those employees and then increase programs (tree programs) and expect anything but dissatisfaction to the taxpayer applying for the tree assistance. Internal...
