    New Iowa Regulations

Why not be accurate with your data and figure out actual age via tooth sampling areas/specific counties at a time? Sounds lazy because they could easily be doing more to gather better data.

    New Iowa Regulations

Came on here just to comment on this because I knew someone would post it. This doesn't make any sense without baseline age data via tooth aging. You need total B&C score PLUS age data, so, main beam information doesn't make any sense. Here's one example from Tennessee (Page 5) " Collecting the...

    AK Caribou

We set dates, have one other person coming. Would love two more people to come if anybody is interested. August 11 - 20th. Can be either 60 and sunny or 20 and snow, can be bad mosquitos or non-existent. Mostly worried about Alaskan black flies, they're the worst.

    AK Caribou

If anybody is interested in doing a 8 day archery/rifle caribou hunt in August, no dates planned yet, renting a car and tent camping. Rough hiking don't want to hike the 5 miles out on my own so need to be in shape. I'd venture to guess it'll cost in the $1,500-2,000 range total for everything...

Oregon OTC Roosevelt, Mountain Lion, Black Bear, and Blacktail

I'm looking for a couple (2-3) people to get together and come on a 10 day long elk hunting trip and a 5-6 day deer hunting trip along the coast of Oregon. You're gonna have to give me a couple days here to wait to see if I draw my Antlerless Moose tag in Colorado (unlikely) but other than that...

    Shed hunting permit

I'm for less permits and less Government nit-picking. Make sure you ask the Government permission for everything and pay a permit fee for everything too sounds like...freedom? I've said it a hundred times and I'll say it again when you're sitting there in hunting camp during archery season...

    Maine Moose

No, he didn’t get one and only saw cows. I wish I was his sub permittee, he didn’t let me know until last minute and I couldn’t get work off. He went guided too. We’re each other’s sub permittee’s now.

    Maine Moose

My buddy got it with 1 point! I only do the squared chances each year and hope for the best :) I might start buying more chances some day...but I’d rather spend that money on a Newfoundland Canada Moose trip.

    Maine Moose

Maine is a posted state, if it’s not posted you can hunt it. Maine is 94% Private, but most is accessible and landowners allow access for Moose. Lots of big timber companies allow hunters on their properties too. Close to 3,000 Moose killed every year out of about 4,100 or so permits. A little...

    NM OTC Barbary Sheep

I'm going down to New Mexico and Arizona to bum around and shed hunt/hunt for a month. Anybody want to ride down with me and hunt Barbary in New Mexico OTC? Planning to leave February 1st or 2nd depending on if I get my tower blinds down in time. It's a 15-16 hour drive from Omaha or Southwest...
