I have two moultrie cameras and they work great when it is warm but when it drops below 30 degrees it is really hard on the batteries. I would have to look to see what models they are. The worst part was the camera would display low battery when the temp went below 30 but when you shut it off...

sounds like the same problem I ran into with my moultree that takes a 6volt. this year the first time i took it out it took 160 pics in a week and still had 3 bars left on the battery so i switched sd cards and went back 8 days later and it said low battery so i shut it off and turned it on and...
