Fencing Deer Movement

I'm with Bucksnbears on this one. Something about installing fence to direct deer movement just feels wrong. I have no issue with someone hunting an old fence gap that's been there for 80 years but installing fence to create chokepoints seems unnatural to me. I also don't have an issue with cutting trees to direct deer movement but even this can go too far when folks get the dozers out and create a 20 foot high wall of logs for a half mile.

I've read where people tie down an existing fence in a certain spot so that deer cross there. I would guess this is fences with barbed wire over the top, maybe not. Do people have issues with that?

Earlier last fall, I spread Milorganite in an area in an attempt to change deer travel patterns. Was that an evil act and should I be hung from my toes?
