Anything is possible. But it maybe difficult to achieve your goals. You have a huge seed bank just waiting to express itself as soon as you peel back the layers. The fire pealed back the first layer.
Take small steps such as reduced tillage or reduced herbicide applications. Small steps.

That is a complex question and has a lot of factors. How your fsa basic eligibility forms are completed, % ownership, etc. Knowledge is power and If you want to dig thru all the fsa written policy for crp....https://www.fsa.usda.gov/programs-and-services/laws-and-regulations/handbooks/index
Tennessee Non residents license are a great value. Includes all fishing and hunting wrap up together for one price. You get 2 spring turkey, fall turkey, and small game and big game. Best of all, you are allowed 3 deer per day beginning last weekend in September until 2nd weekend in January...
Looks fun...but you did it.
Maybe get a couple sawmill cut 2 x 10 boards and run down side of trailer while loading/unloading. A couple inches extra would help alot.
Broadcasting some if the natives is difficult. Some are easier.
If you have to add fertilizer, mixing seed is an option. Seeding on snow is option as well as using air seeder.
Modify trailer like a lowboy with recessed sides that extend.
Look for a Donahue trailer. They can be dropped flat on ground. Then you drive across it and set drill on sideways. Then you remove/tilt up the tongue. Not sure how much of a pain that is with that drill model.
Finding the right...
I don't have an answer for you. But 20 years ago when I was doing forestry and wildlife consulting full time..it was base fee plus a fee per acre. Round numbers would be $1800 base fee plus $10/acre for less than 200 acres. If someone balked at that fee structure then I just charged $100 per...
That is a great and simple method for drills. It also works great with multiple species blends in drills.
I use that method with our customers and it works well. When you do several hundred drill calibrations each year.... simple is your friend.
I will admit I have not calibrated a firminator since the first ones were sold back in early 2000's.
This method has some assumptions such as seeds per lb. But better Than guessing.
But you can use Seed count method for broadcast spreaders.
for example:Rye has 18,000 seeds/lb With a 90lbs...
Seed charts are as useful as women's clothing sizes...
Seed sizes vary too much from year to year and variety. Not to mention coated vs non coated Seed.
Calibration takes 3 minutes.
Cedars will burn very well. A large propane tourch works well. But if you have dead grass or leaves then you gotta deal with that catching fire. That could snowball if not careful. It's pretty simple but could get away from you if not careful. Chainsaw is less problematic and just as effective.
If income was not a primary objective and hunting was.... I would consider requiring a cover crop of your choice. Also that no fall disking of waste grain or organic material till after hunting season. A tilled under corn field in November sucks.
