Can someone lend me some wisdom?

Wisdom teeth and kidney stones two things that make me sick to my stomach. I thought wisdom teeth were the worst, especially when the lady climbed on me (kinda exciting) then she asked for the chisel and hammer and proceeded to smack the hell out of my gum. Then about a month ago I had a kidney...

    Spot Hogg Pin Size

I feel that 0.029 pins cover to much of the deer past 30 yards. Like a lot of you, I shoot a lot of long distance in preperation for the fall so I use 4 pins @ 0.019 and really like the set up.

    GOVERNOR'S TAGS

Read Blind Sow's response he pretty much sums it up. He works for the IADNR as a Conservation Officier. I think he might be retired now, congrats to him if he is. http://www.iowawhitetail.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Main=22140&Number=219042#Post219042

Limb, Being serious here, is this a loophole or is it party hunting? My guess would be a loophole for party hunting.

    Boots, Sticks, bladder.???

Everything the guys said above is on the money. I stress the gatorade in powder form (lots), water tabelets, underarmour, extra socks, plenty of jerky body needs protein when working hard etc.. Suggestion on practicing with your rifle, use your rifle as much as possible, but if in a crunch where...

    Finished Panel Mounts

I make mine the same way, however I use plaster paris under the wrapping around the skull plate and that stuff sucks to work with. What are you using to form the bubble. I know their is an easier way than the way I am doing it? By the way, those are sweet.

When you apply for it, you pay for it at the same time. If you are drawn you loose your points, regardless whether you use it or not.

    Giving up on "Scent Free"

I'm with critr on this one also. I bought one scent suit about 15 years ago (or whenever they were invented) and gave up on it the next year. My theory ever since is: Wash, hang, hang, hang and wash again. Repeat if needed. I spray down when dressing with ghost. This season I discovered how...

    Neat Sequence

I looks to me like the two birds collided in air and the poor fella must have broken his neck. After further review the bird that may have did the neck breakin' doesn't look right to me. He has no tail, but he also has a fan per say, pheasants do have small fans but it just looks funny to me. He...

Most all of you guys know camera's better than myself. I was using a 35mm up until Tuesday when Santa brought me a new digital. What Sight

I shoot the spot hogg hunter, 5 pin and it is great. Tough as hell and I haven't needed any additional light source for my pins as of yet. The thing I like most about it is the vertical wire/bar. I drop down on my target with my sight, so I get my windage right then drop down to the pin I need...
