I'm just going to cut my posts off when they get to the point of needing it. I try to use 3/4 in PVC pipes whereever possible, but the t-posts sure are nice for expensive fruit trees for added security from heavy winds and angry bucks.

I had some winter rye in a 3 acre field that I needed to kill off for this year's switch grass I applied Simazine last week at 2 quarts in acre. I would like to plant Norway spruce around the perimeter next weekend do you think it is safe to do so?

I also have used Mike for tubes, mats and nutripods. Super good guy!

I do the same! Work great! I buy the 10 or 12 foot chunks and cut in half. A little more bang for your buck.

Good luck. They aren't the most robust trees in my limited experience planting 2 years ago. I have some replacements coming this year on warranty. Iowa, being further south, should help.

Stick with Spartan. Worth the little extra and the durability make up most of the difference over time.
