    Off the wall idea

They flock to my peach trees when they are dropping. Mine drop in August. I can watch them from the house, 60 yards away.

    Fencing Deer Movement

From just listening to a few of his last podcasts, he comes out in clear favor of fences if it fits one's needs for deer. Really surprised me.

    EQUIP Funds Frozen

All these executive orders are nothing permanent, for it to have lasting impact they need to be laws. Much harder to overturn those than the E orders. The next pres who differs in opinion will just write one out get rid of what they don't like. It's like its turning into a half assed...

    Dakota knocks down #2

Congrats, it's great he gets the "fever" one of the best parts of the hunt.

    Shotgun hunting observation

The reasons that have been stated in this thread for IA's deer hunting going to Hades are the same reasons its going there in many other states(if not all). I think the number one issue is habitat. Habitat is going extinct and people that are willing to do or have what it takes to own land are...

    Cell cam options

How long batteries last is dependent on how many pics they take and signal strength to send. I've not used any other true cell cam besides spypoint link micro lte. I get roughly 3000-4500 pics on those cams per alkaline battery load before they quit sending. They'll take pics below 50% battery...

    Any cuddeback experts on here?

A human walking and a deer walking are not the same thing. I can get a human in a pic but the back half of deer is a lot more common than front half. Camera angle setup is vital so that is taken into account. In a standing/knocked down corn field plot I have 2 cuddelink cams and 2 spypoint...

    Any cuddeback experts on here?

How do the solar panels work in an all timber situation? Also, what is the hours of sunlight needed for your solar panels on cames that get a workout, (400-800 plus pics a month)?

    Any cuddeback experts on here?

I don't doubt what your saying as I've seen it said prior but if the lens is the issue then why doesn't cudde sell them with that lens. I find it a bit odd that in order for me to get a camera that I might have just bought to be it's best, I have to buy and install a different component to the...

    Take A Disabled Vet Hunting?

https://freedomhunters.org/ This is the group I go through to find disabled vets to invite hunting at my place. They have been great to work with. They have lots of different outdoor opportunities for vets.

    Cuddelink questions

Skip, how do the L's do on taking pics as far as missing pics? I have the original g series and they miss 2/3's of what non cell cams take, sitting on the same post, set at 1 minute. I really like the concept but missed pics is an issue.

    Need rain bad

Amen on the combine comments, its so dry. I don't think my rye that made it to 3" tall after .20 on bone dry soil is going to survive. It looks like dead grass.

    Miscanthus x Gianteus

I have about 650 yards of it on a heavy clay, no fertilizer ever, 9 years old and it has grown great. It's about 11' tall now, I have 150 yards of it on some bottom black dirt and it is just a little bit taller but stand is just as thick, no fertilizer as well. The feather inert seed heads will...
