yes I am going to tube them. I am giving many away as well. I think you could try mass bundle planting for winter. You might lose some but I would think it would mostly work.

My mass tub planting of Chestnuts seemed to work great. Phenomenal roots. Getting these babies to forever homes. Much easier to deal with that individual pots.
