We already have some post plus we bought a couple years ago. The label didn't specifically mention brassicas but I was sure it was ok. I knew someone on here would know the answer for sure.
We also had a large acorn crop in the state last year. I think this lets the deer fatten up more going into the rut plus there were still acorns in the woods for the deer to dig all winter.
I think our windows are 40 to 42 in from the floor. Something to consider is you really don't need to have your blinds 10-14 ft tall. The are much easier to build at a lower level and it doesn't make any different to the deer. We have several that are only about 7' tall and we have killed 5 1/2...

I re-set it every time I check it but it loses time. I will send it in for updates after the season.
In 1968 a friend of mine gave a report in English class on reloading shells. He brought his shotgun to class and even fired an empty shell with a live primer to surprise the class. No problem.
We actually go in the first few days of November after most of the leaves have fallen and mow our trails with a lawn mower to make a silent entry to some of our stands. This has no noticable effect on seeing mature deer.
I have a cuddyback no flash that i have set to take videos. Last winter I put it on a gate pointing down the trail and many deer were spooked by the glow. Some hurried throught the gate & others wouldn't go through.

One of the main reasons is there were a lot of non residents buying the doe tags in the archery season just to be legal to be in the woods. They then shot bucks and headed for home.
I am on the tip board and at one of our last meetings 4 out of 12 cases involved non residents getting caught...
