    Smokeless ML Project

You must be talkkng about 4895 rather than 4898. I am still using h4198 but would like to try h4895 for it’s temp insinsitivity. Are you using a brake with that load?

Easy low cost option for a very good smokeless muzzleloader.

    Late Season Muzz

This one showed up yesterday. One of the warmest late ML hunts I ever hunted in. Keep in mind, everything you do can have an effect on patterns for the rest of the season. Changing things up could get you something you want, or it could affect the normal movement we plan on.

On a clean barrel? If it is the fouled barrel, 777 is notorious for its crud ring.

    Big One Down-Poached

It is a shame this thread took a left turn, but, block me in the middle of the road? You can count on my defense mode being the first thing that is going to happen.

    Need new cams

Browning Strike Force, Recon Force, or Dark Ops. All great choices. My next one will be the Strike Force Pro. More coin then the regular Strike Force, but great reviews, and I am totally behind the Browning cams and trust this choice would be a good one.

    Turnips and Radish goodbye?

Turnips best December January Agree. My favorite late season food source. December January let's go hunting, doesn't matter when was hit by frost/freeze.

Which Does are best to shoot?? Old, young, etc?

I get one doe tag a year. That is if I remember to buy it before noon on the first day available, otherwise, they will be sold out. For the one farm I use it each year, it is all about population control. Any doe with fawns, preferably twins, gets a green light.

    Smokeless Muzzleloader, cva hunter

Excellent deal here. If I didn't already have a Scout conversion I would be all over this one. Does it come with the scope base/rings?

Great buck, huge step back. What gives?

Tips of the antler points are still very rounded. I would say he will put on quit a bit before the velvet comes off.

    Welter Seed Mix

I think the Big Buck Brassica Mix and their Big Buck Annual Mix are both decent mixes. Whether the deer are foraging or chomping on the turnips in the ground, they seem to like both options. There are other options out there but I like that these come from Iowa.
