If it isn't illegal then he has no basis to make you stop. Just make sure you are doing it at a reasonable hour and not shooting towards his house. Then tell him to get bent!!!

Another Vote for the Moultrie D55IR...........great cams for the money.

If you use it in cold weather go with the efi option. My old man has a honda rincon carb and a friend of mine has a efi rincon and my old mans is very cold blooded compared to the efi version.

I had the same problem with that camera....took it back and got a Moultrie D55 IR and never looked back.
