I was wondering what type of tree(s) does best along a river area? Any body have success with a certain type of tree that would probably get flooded. Hoping to put some in this fall (soon) instead of the spring to get it going. thnx

I bought some potted apple trees I'm planting soon. Would it be a good idea to put potting soil in when I plant? Trees are 6-7 ft tall. Miracle gro potting soil?

I used the schwacker on the last 4 bucks I've taken. All bucks over 140 inches and all dead with-in 50 yds.

Oats about the same time as rye? You guys ever plant together? Early feed/ late feed?

Going 2 do a clover plot this fall. Would it be better to do this with oats or rye with it? I no oats will dye out ,but what would you do with the rye in the spring?(just do oats?) What type (kind) of oats would you use also? Is buck forage oats a better oat that doesn't die out as fast late...
