If the population is such a crisis then why not let extra doe tags be filled during the late muzzle season???? I have 4 doe tags from bow season that I dont plan on filling because of late muzzle season. Why in the hell dont they let you pay a $5 fee to transfer the unfilled doe tags from bow...
