    Left Handed Bow

I have a buddy that is looking for a newer bow (last two years or so) but needs to be left handed. He is fairly new to bow hunting so he is open to different brands/models. I don't know his exact draw length but I would guess somewhere in the 29-31 range. Would like to have one completely set up...

    Late season question!

That depends on how many deer you have in the area and how abundant soy beans are in your area. If you have light deer pressure and beans close to you 1/2 acre - one acre would probably be fine but if your the only one with beans and have quite a few deer your gunna need probably 2+ acres to...

    Late season question!

I agree with soy beans if you only want to plant one crop. When the weather turns cold and snow hits the ground the deer just pound the beans. But they will also eat the beans during the summer so if possible I would plant two or three food sources in the one plot. On a couple of my farms i...

    Covert Cameras

After struggling this last season with multiple brands of cameras I'm looking for something new. Good quality, very few problems, good battery life, and good price. I stumbled upon Covert and they seem to be just what I'm looking for. Don't know much about then other than the camera descriptions...

    Food Plot

Yeah for being a small piece the property is setup very well and has very good potential but just trying to do things here or there to make it better. I have read dbltree's info but ill have to check it out, read a little closer this time. Have you used it? Good all year long or mostly just...

    Food Plot

Other than the 900' x 120' the rest is timber minus the creek. I don't know my trees very well but most of the timber is big mature trees with little shrub but two winters ago my uncle and I hinge cut a ton of areas for bedding which thickened up very well and the deer are now bedding on my...

    Food Plot

One of my farms is a 60 acre piece surrounded by timber on three sides and a crop field (corn this coming spring) on the other side. I have a small creek running through the property and also set up 6 200 gallon water tanks for deer to drink out of. The property holds deer very well during...

    Attractants

What do you guys put out during the spring and summer months for getting good velvet pictures? Attractants? Just cameras along the food plots? Just along heavily traveled trails? Attractants along the edge of a food plot? Is there mineral/attractants that actually help the deer health and...

    gun right quotes

"You want to ban guns because hundreds of people are shot every year. That's fine. But I will ban water because thousands of people drown every year." Ted Nugent

    Atv disc

I just bought a Arctic Cat 650 V Twin and I'm curious on what I should get for a disc to do some of the smaller plots (1/2acre) and also the hard to get to plots. Trying to to keep costs as low as possible if I could. Size? Brand? Where to start looking? Also seeders and sprayers if you have any...

    Big and Beasty

It's hard to tell by the picture how tall it is, can you give a estimate? And even with some of it knocked down did it affect the deer movement or do they still have the safe/hidden feeling?

    Blinds

I always used permanent blinds but two years ago I built my own tower blind. I now have 6 of them! I love hunting out of my towers and will probably not put another blind on the ground. I have the view of a 15-20ft tree stand but the scent control and luxury of a blind.

    Four Wheeler

2004 Arctic Cat 650 V Twin 4x4? From what I've read the motor in this is actually a Kawasaki 650 V Twin.

    Four Wheeler

I am looking to buy a four wheeler to help with plots and maintenance around the properties but don't really know a whole lot when it comes to utility four wheelers. I plan on using it to spread seed, pull drag, and possibly the culti packer, spray, moving/setting up stands, dragging trees if...
