Limb, I was so jacked after we loaded him up, I almost left the crown jewel in the gut pile. I jumped out of the truck and fished it out and threw it in a plastic bag. I think I shall make it into a fine stir fry or maybe some heart stroganoff, or possibly try a new creation- heart and noodles...
