    Meat grinder/mixer options?

Thank you for the replies, that will help greatly! Much appreciated! Yeah, I think the grass fed beef discussion is one for another thread. :-) I think the big reason is my wife can taste the difference between the two, so "watering" venison down a little with beef helps. We use it a lot in...

    Meat grinder/mixer options?

Anyone mix and grind their own deer meat into burger? I'm looking for something to do my own... To be specific, I'm looking to buy some grass fed beef and mix at a ratio of 2/3 beef to 1/3 deer. Then I'll package my own. Anyone do this or have any advice? Cheaper the better...

    Liberty Link anyone?

I have 2 bags of Liberty Link beans available if anyone can use them? If you have access to a bag or two of Round Up Ready beans, I would gladly trade. I'm not going to be buying the Liberty herbicide, so they are pretty much useless for me... I live in Mount Vernon, IA so if you are...

    Deer electric fence?

I know it's been asked in different forms, but looking for suppliers of fencing to keep deer out of our foodplots? I've heard it mentioned that yellow fence works well as they can see it? Also, is there a good place to get a solar battery to supply the fence with power? Thanks for any help....

    Survivors and sheds

Here we go! A little late into the 2016 campaign but not a bad start nonetheless. Jan and Feb are spent letting the camera batteries die out and see what the farm will inventory for next year. It is a longer 2 months, but as an Activities Director at a successful school, time...

    Any Guys Using GoPros?

Put it on the other side of the trail from you and turn it on when they are coming (from your phone)...and then try to stop the deer or shoot him when it is directly in front of your camera. You'll get a cool backside view.
