My bro rattled in two bucks this morning. first one a 2.5 yr old. Second a big 12, which he let the air outta. The ground doesn't get much hunting pressure, but they were responding... All I saw were does where I hunted. Hard to say...
Same story down here, seein quite a few bucks cruisin, but nothing after 8 a.m. or 15 min before dark. Lots of does still with fawns. Hot and heavy one day, ice cold the next. Pretty frustrating.....
Honestly it could be a bobcat, i saw one this summer and it had a long tail, the thing that makes me think it is are the spots on the arse..... Honestly think it might be a summer coated bc
had a buddy who was having problems with his infared. It was only taking pics in black and white and had 25 or so that were whited out. He called Moultrie and they said there are problems with the software on their cameras. So maybe try giving them a call and see what they can do for ya
Knight Muzzle, only brand I've used since I shot my first doe when I was nine...
Capper I'd appreciate it if you didn't tell anyone in Burg about this.
If anyone is looking for little cat killers let me know. 3 males and 1 female left. White with black spots, tails and dew claws removed. Asking 75 a piece.
just drove up through SE Iowa and NE Missouri, that's my opinion of god's country. Corn fields on hill tops, tons of thick hardwood fingers coming up from the bottoms. You can sign me up for that. Or NE Iowa beautiful up there.
Re: work in progress
damn, I didn't know there was white trash in the Northeast, I thought that was just a southern iowa thing. Hope to see that in Cedar Falls this fall.
