Im just curious as to how you guys approach the river bottoms during this time of the season. i know a few that are hot and i've sat on the top and watched countless bucks go down into the bottoms...i've always stayed out of the bottoms because of the wind swirls and not wanting to spook...

shot three does this year two with the rage and 1 with the spitfire 100 , the spitfire and one rage were complete passthroughs, the other rage wasnt only cuz it was a poor hit but still found here within 100 yards.

i wish they would start leaving summit vipers....i could use about three more.!!

i personally love the all day sits and cant wait to start them here hopefully next week,,i don't take a book cuz to me its like watching tv just sitting there watching what goes on in the woods during the day with all the other critters...i take a a lunch and only water for a drink...i also use...

i would say hunt all day every day regardless of the moon...seems there always moving when ive been down there the first week of November....only hope it stays cool the warm weather can slow them a bit

i had an experience a couple years back hunting the oaks here in Wis. I was back in the hardwood about a mile from anything just enjoying the afternoon hunt..I started to notice that there were acorns dropping around the tree that i was sitting in and i thought that was pretty cool. about a half...

that would bleed alot when he takes the arrow out prob....ouch, i ve heard of carbon arrows breaking and that being a possibility.
