    River Walleyes.. Newbie question

The spawn is deffinately upon us on rivers. But, that doesn't mean the fishing is over. They do not all spawn at the same time. I just picked up a limit of nice eaters yesterday morning. Good luck

    Private pond eye

walleyes need running water to have a successful spawn. If your gravel pit is spring fed with good water movement it is possible for them to spawn successfully. They spawn successfully in lakes the same way, and they also use wind blown points. Nice walleye, thanks for sharing.

    River Walleyes.. Newbie question

If your getting snaged alot using 1/8 oz go down to a 1/16. You want you use as lite a jig as you can and still maintain contact with the bottom. If you are fishing in rocks, most snags you get are retrievable. There is a trick to it, and it takes practice. Here is a method to try...

    Selling Sheds/Racks- your opinion?

Antlers, sheds, coins, artwork, baseball cards etc, are all things that people like to collect, sell, trade and so on. They all also probly get stolen from time to time. I think it is rediculous for people to want to make something illegal because some scumbags don't follow laws that are...

Nothing wrong with doing a skull mount. One thing about a eropean, you can set it on the coffee table and still be able to pick the rack and head up and really get to admire it up close. That sure is one AWESOME buck!!!

    Knife Sharpener Question

I just use a good steel, and that works for me but. I have a budy who is not good with a steel and he uses a Lansky system. I think that is what it's called. It will give you professional results. But it is a little time consuming. Here is a link. They have a lot of different sharpeners...
