This is not a full sneak, but when I was looking at doing a full sneak this is what I ended up deciding on. When my basement is finished I will have a bush, plant or something hanging off the ceiling to make it look like he is working a licking branch! Just another idea.
That is an awesome picture, that is one tough broad head. Spine shots happen, one thing to keep in mind when you accidently spine shoot one, is if you only hit that dorsal vertabra he will still drop like a sack of potatoes but he is most likely just stunned. I've heard it to many times...

Ok here is where I am. I have the skull boiled and cleaned. My question now is, What do I use to make it more white, (other than paint)? Also, around the nose area things feel a little loose, do I need to glue the loose areas to keep them from falling out.
I started to boil my buck's skull today at about 11:30 am. Does anyone know, approxamatly how long I need to boil it before heading to the car wash.

As you know Troy i didn't make it to the fall festival. But i did make it to the Rinehart R100. It was an awesome shoot. we had a blast, if you ask me those rinehart targets are the best. we shot all 100 targets, 50 each day. if you go to the rinehart website you can see all the targets...
i think it depends on what part of the country your in. here in iowa and north of us i would say it is not rare to take a doe over 150lbs. the pic on my avator is of a doe i took 2 years ago. i did not weigh her but i'm almost positive she was over 150lbs. if you look she probly was heavier...
