I had no idea how expensive this sport is till I got into it recently. I am glad Don has stands to use. He is going to try a tree saddle this season, and let me use his Lone Wolf Alpha hang on and Lone Wolf Climber. I saw those muddys at the deer classic and they look pretty cool.

Birds got the best of me this season. Yesterday, it was cold and very windy. 45 degrees and 25 mph winds. No gobbling, and I only saw a hen that came walking through the area at 40 yds real quickly. No toms or jakes whatsoever. I was just too tired to go out today and hunt, so I cashed it in...

This is my last weekend to get a bird as season closes Sunday. I have only been able to go a couple of times this season and Don is going to take me this weekend and see if I can put an arrow in my 1st bird and make my 1st kill ever with a bow and arrow. Hope his redone Pretty boy can bring me...
