    When was the last time?

Wow is right, 5 acres and a house would bring more than that in my neighborhood.

What was your very first foodplot experience?

My first several plots went pretty well as far as I remember. The late summer droughts and grasshopper plagues of the past few years have humbled me a bunch though.

Do you have a picture of this? That's much taller than I've seen done. Are you mostly successful with that spacing? Do any duck underneath?

Late gun season vs Early Gun seasons +/-‘s

I agree, I don't understand what the reason was for it. I didn't know anyone who was asking for floating lo tags. I don't think it was even on the radar of most land owners . Selfishly, it's handy as heck to have, but it's going to have a negative impact. I now have the ability to hunt...

    Timber burn

I had a crazy one a couple weeks back. Had a fire on a property I own. No one had been there in almost a week, and we had no idea how it got started. The fire department had to come out and get it under control as it got into a CRP field. After some investigating, it turned out that a cable...

    Cedar tree removal

That would sure be an easy way to deal with them. Whatever the county sprays on them in the ditch kills them dead as a hammer.

    Crazy Idea

I love the idea, can it be sealed though? Does it have a constant water flow to keep the pond replenished? Are there similar ponds in the area that successfully hold enough water to keep fish? I know of several ponds built that don't stay full.

OFFENSE!! 2 Bills to support!! SF 293 & SF 247 EMAIL IN!!! What a great change!!!!

I'd rather get rid of all property taxes. Forcing someone to pay the government a yearly tax so they can keep what they already paid for is criminal. The government should not be able to take something away that you legally purchased. Spend less, tax less.

This, ehd is dwarfing all methods of take where I hunt. No regulation change can come close to a disease that swoops in and knocks out 50% + of the herd in 2 weeks.

Are these old dudes in the room with us right now? lol Seriously though, I'm not much older than you and I can't think of a single old dude that fits your description. Can you point to where you are seeing the older generation hacking on the younger guys like you describe? There are jerks in...
