Flail Mower on a SkidLoader

Anyone have any experience with one?

I'm thinking about one BUT, I don't have an enclosed cab on my skidloader. I don't know how safe one would be. I assume the blades rotate away from the operator so that would help if true, and the roller in the back help knock things down and prevent debris from being thrown at the operator. Thoughts?

Pulled a flail mower chopping corn stalks with a IH 560 in the late '70's and still wince thinking about the cobs hitting me in the back of the legs. Hopefully things are designed better these days.
