looks like you guys had a great time....maybe next year! alot of nice bones where displayed. I glad one of the Lovstuen mounts made it there, what a great looking mount. Rick Stevens taxidermy in ottumwa did a great job on all of them!!!!! Just a little plug for him!

Wow are those some great pics!!! Since I'm the FNG here, can someone tell me what this event is all about? Whose deer are those in the pics? Thanks, Pat
 
It is a social gathering of all the members who can make it to show off deer racks, tell stories, shoot guns, bows, pistols, and muzzleloaders. Sometimes folks will bring beer and we share it and stay up late to play cards. This year, Big Timber brought a new Polaris cart to show off and "break in". results were....top heavy!!!
 
Here is a pic of one of Hogies moose that he or his family killed. Absolute giant racks!!!!!! Makes me want to go up and hunt one of these

Well shredder, if i get drawn in MN you can come up and help pack one out of the boundry waters for me.

If i draw i hope to shoot a 40+" moose and think i have good odds with a bow and from talking with my friends who have went in the past its pretty certain you can do this with a rifle.

Moosehunter how big are your alaskans?

By the way if anyone seriously wanted to come on the hunt with me I would take them. Bear, fishing and videoing oppurtunities would be possible.

I think i have one guy lined up to come with but four guys would be best.
